PathMotion

PathMotion is a seed-round career guidance web site. Using the principles of positive psychology and proprietary semantic search technology, PathMotion has developed a career planning tool that guides job seekers from “What should I do with my life?” to “Getting the job: done.” PathMotion empowers students and alumni to make better career choices and find the job most relevant to their interests and motivations. Recruiters will be able to better identify relevant candidates, and universities can offer a robust career planning tool to aid students and reconnect with alumni.

The team is highly international and is comprised of an engineer from Epitech, along with a few ex-consultants from BCG with prior management and start-up experience. Our advisors include experts in positive psychology and coaching, an ex-VP of EDS and former partner at McKinsey, and a successful Internet serial entrepreneur.
