The Digital Product Experience (DPex)team is looking for a 6 months intern to support projects and improvement thecustomer experience on Schneider Website.

The intern will work on several missionswith different team members:

1. 1. Support one of the company’s global distributor program covering 40+countries with the aim of providing our top partners best digital productexperience. Aim is to achieve high customer satisfaction and proactivelydeliver content:

- - High involvement withcountry actors

- - Analytics ofincoming data

- - Drawingconclusions and reaching right persons within SE organization

- - Follow up on running projects

- - Mapping of thewhole network

2. 2. Assist on definition of Product Selector agile vison / evolution toguarantee a consistent experience from selection to purchase across platformsand businesses:

- - Coordinate withall stakeholders to define business needs (BU, e-commerce, mySchneider app …) :assist & challenge business needs definition to ensure selection journeyconsistency, collect & detail requirements, coordinate UAT, follow up withproject teams

- - Qualify andcomplete collected requirements with S&C platform and widget Product Owners

- - Proposerequirements priorization for agile development backlog, promote ProductSelector requirements in priorization committees

- - Synchronize withUX global team

- - Synchronize withother digital platforms (PES, MySE …) to ensure complete and consistentselection journey

3. 3. Help with Product Selector Governance:

- - Prepare and MoMSteering committees, follow up on action plan

- - Follow up onselector migration on SE websites (Industry, Energy, MyPact ..)

- - Lead ProductSelector analytics implementation

- - Follow up onproduct selector adoption and performance and set action plan accordingly

- - Set qualitymonitoring process and tools

- - Maintaingovernance processes (demand for new selectors, run & deploymentsupport, deployment processes)

- - Coordinate withdeployment team (E2E web services) to deploy new selectors and communicate newfeatures

- - Share actionableanalytics


Profil du candidat:

* L'anglais estobligatoire et le français est un atout

* Capable d'identifierles problèmes et de proposer des solutions

* Très bonnes compétencesd'analyse et de communication

* Compétences de hautniveau dans Office 365 (Excel, Power Point)

* Axée sur les résultats

* Une connaissance debase des normes ETIM / BMEcat / eClass est un atout

* Experience en digital/web est un plus

Profile of thecandidate:

* English is mandatory, and French is aplus

* Able to identify problems and come upwith proposals of solutions

*Very good analytical and communicationskills

*High level Office 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

* Results oriented

* Basic knowledge on ETIM/BMEcat/eClassstandards is a plus

* Digital/Web experience is a plus
