Position Summary:

The Graphic Design Manager will lead and manage the design team, oversee creative projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality visual content.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement branding creative strategies to meet the company's objectives.
  • Manage requests from different stakeholders and ensure alignment on design projects and deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation of visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Working knowledge with BPO trends, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Art Manager in a inhouse creative agency, or BPO, or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of print and digital design principles.
