Mission

Join the adventure! Become our next Senior Business Manager – a key role in our growth strategy!
With OLVEA, you’ll have the opportunity to become a true ambassador for the company. You will play a strategic role in developing our international sales, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



As a Senior Business Manager at OLVEA Vegetable Oils, you report directly to the Deputy Managing Director and are responsible for the following :

Team Management & Leadership
* You manage and coordinate a team of 6 salespeople, leading weekly meetings, sharing the strategic vision and sales goals, while closely monitoring both individual and team performance.

* You support your team in the field on complex or strategic matters, helping them grow their strengths and skills. You regularly assess their performance using KPIs and targeted feedback sessions.


Sales Strategy Development & Implementation
* You define and deploy the company’s sales strategy.

* You set objectives, prioritize operational actions, and collaborate with Product Managers to determine pricing strategies.

* You plan for growth and resource needs using tools for tracking sales contracts, forecasts, and projects follow-up.

* You analyze client needs and market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to OLVEA’s visibility through trade shows, conferences, and communication efforts.

* Working with the Marketing, CSR, and R&D teams, you help develop tools and actions to retain current clients and attract new customers and markets.


Sales Development & Client Relations
* You directly manage few key accounts or strategic partners.

* In close collaboration with the Customer Service team, you enhance the client experience by deploying our service offering.


Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
* You closely monitor commercial KPIs, provide detailed reporting to top management, and propose improvements or adjustments based on results.

* Proactive and solution-oriented, you actively contribute to improving processes and interdepartmental collaboration, with a focus on efficiency and long-term teamwork.

Profil recherché

Let’s Talk About You!

What we’re looking for goes far beyond degrees or diplomas: we want a confident, curious personality driven by a passion for international business development. You love winning as a team, building structure, convincing others — and doing so with passion, method, and vision.
You have a solid international sales background (minimum 10 years), ideally in B2B within the cosmetics or agri-food industry. You excel at building lasting relationships, negotiating with finesse, and inspiring trust. You’re structured, detail-oriented, team-focused, and agile — capable of analyzing performance, spotting trends, and managing your activity methodically.
Your greatest strengths? Excellent interpersonal skills, strong resilience, and the ability to engage stakeholders both internally and externally. Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft 365, you’re ready to meet the challenges of a fast-growing company.
This position requires regular international travel. Fluency in English is essential to navigate smoothly in a multicultural environment.
