Founded in 2014, Sim&Cure is French digital start-up focused on improving neurovascular treatments of cerebral aneurysm with a proprietary software suite. The Sim&Size™ software is a Class II medical device with CE mark and FDA clearance that has already been used to treat more than 10,000+ patients in 500+ hospitals in the world.
Through several modules, Sim&Size™ is a software suite that provides to the physician a 3D visualization of medical images and a computational model of neurovascular implantable medical devices (IMDs). The therapeutic strategy is the most important step of this disease treatment and Sim&Size™ is now part of it by being efficient, safe, and reproducible. Computational modeling of specific devices in the anatomy of a patient helps the physician to achieve the intended outcome of the intervention.

Mission

EMEA Sales & Business Development Director
Founded in 2014, Sim&Cure is a French Healthcare digital/deep tech start-up focused on neurovascular treatments.
Our mission is to disrupt the treatment of cerebral aneurysm by transforming a mainly emergency pathology (Hemorrhagic stroke) into a preventive approach.
In this objective, we developed a proprietary software suite combining AI and Digital twin technologies.
The Sim&Size™ software is a Class II medical device with CE mark and FDA clearance that has already been used to treat more than 20.000+ patients in 500+ hospitals in more than 40+ countries and we are continuing to increase our global footprint.



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales & Business Development Director (EMEA) to lead our team and drive our success.
As a Sales & Business Development Director for EMEA region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our company and driving its overall growth and success in your area.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations in your area, including business development, team leadership, and financial performance. Your deep understanding of the neurovascular field, combined with your exceptional business acumen, will be essential in guiding our company towards achieving its goals and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
Sales & Business Development Director for EMEA area will be also a member of our ExCom. Also, this position requires frequent travel across EMEA region.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, aligning it with the long-term vision and goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the neurovascular field.
- Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to guide product development and innovation.
2. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Key Account Managers (KAM) and Clinical Application Specialists (CAS), providing guidance and support to drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, encouraging professional development and growth.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
3. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and industry leaders.
- Drive commercialization efforts, ensuring effective product positioning, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Ensure the deployment of the customer success strategy to monitor and development the usage and level of adoption of our products.
4. Internal Responsibilities
- Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and analysis to executive leadership, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, Finance and HR.
- Work closely with the internal Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and best RQ practices within the EMEA area.

Profil recherché

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biomedical engineering, business administration, or related disciplines). Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (minimum 7-10 years) in a leadership role within the neurovascular or medical device industry, with a strong focus on software development and commercialization.
- Deep understanding of neurovascular medicine, including diagnostic procedures, treatment methods, and emerging technologies.
- Track record of successfully driving business growth, including market expansion and revenue generation.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities in a rapidly evolving market.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers.
