Le Pôle Léonard de Vinci est composé de 4 établissements d’enseignement supérieur délivrant des diplômes reconnus qui couvrent des champs disciplinaires complémentaires : une école de management, l’EMLV ; une école d’ingénieurs, l’ESILV, une école du digital, l’IIM et un centre de formation continue, De Vinci Executive Education. Celles-ci ont fait naitre de 3 centres de recherche : De Vinci Research Center (DVRC), l’Institute for Future Technologies (IFT) et l’Institut des Crypto-Actifs (ICA). En 2025, il compte 10 500 étudiants et apprenants au sein de ses 4 écoles, 24 000 diplômés et 490 collaborateurs. Créées en 1995, les écoles sont historiquement rassemblées sur Paris-La Défense, et depuis 2022 à Nantes, et dès septembre 2025 à Montpellier. Les campus s’organisent autour de valeurs communes que sont l’hybridation, la professionnalisation, l’internationalisation, l’ouverture sociale et le sport. ABOUT OUR SCHOOL : EMLV is a private higher education institution (Grande École in the French system) whose main campus is located in Paris La Défense, France. New campuses will open in September 2025 in both cities of Nantes and Montpellier. EMLV (EFMD, AMBA, and AACSB accredited) offers a broad range of business and management programs at undergraduate and graduate levels. The 5-year Master in Management program is fully accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education and awards a university-level Master degree (diplôme BAC+5 visé Grade Master). As part of the De Vinci Higher Education group, EMLV also offers double degree programs with complementary schools of the Group: ESILV Graduate School of Engineering and IIM Digital School. EMLV Business School (EMLV) is seeking applicants with high research and teaching potential for several positions of Assistant/Associate Professors including:
* Sales and Negotiation
* Business to Business
* Digital Marketing and Data Analytics
* Creative Industries Management
The positions may also include the management of academic programs related to these fields.
The full-time position is on our Paris La Défense campus. The main responsibilities of the appointee include the following:
* Manage pedagogical programs and/or courses
* Publishing in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals (FNEGE, AJG)
* Teaching at various levels using innovative pedagogy
* Supervise MSc/MBA/Master students
* Engage and participate in EMLV’s activities and school life

Profil recherché
Candidate Profile
You hold a PhD from a leading institution and have an established record of excellence in teaching and research within the advertised discipline (FNEGE/AJG publications). They should be fluent in English. A good knowledge of French and the French system of “Grandes Ecoles” will be appreciated without being a pre-requisite.
