Ils participent notamment à la rédaction de mémos en français et en anglais, à la préparation de conclusions, à des projets de contrats et procèdent également à des recherches juridiques approfondies. Nos stagiaires peuvent être amenés à assister aux rendez-vous clients et accompagner les avocats lors d’audiences judiciaires.VOTRE PROFILVous êtes à la recherche d’un stage en Restructuring & Insolvency, vous bénéficiez d'un excellent parcours universitaire en droit des affaires (niveau Master 2), titulaire du CRFPA (ou en cours de préparation), éventuellement accompagné d'un diplôme d'IEP/Ecole de commerce ou/et LLM. Our trainees may be given the opportunity to attend client meetings and accompany lawyers to court hearings.YOUR PROFILEYou are looking for an internship in Restructuring & Insolvency Law, you have an excellent academic background in business law (Master 2 level), you hold the CRFPA (French Bar Examination) or are in the process of preparing it, possibly together with a diploma from an Institute of Political Studies/Business School and/or an LLM.
