Mission
Major Tasks
You will be part of our international department and work with tasks within marketing and sales. Together with your supervisor, you will be responsible for developing the company in the French speaking market.
You will be working on marketing tasks:
• Search engine optimization to improve our organic search ranking
• Google Ads (finding keywords, writing ads, analyzing marketing campaigns, etc.)
• Translating and creating texts (newsletters, user manual, website, …)
• Creating and performing customer surveys
Moreover, you will be involved on sales activities:
• Customer contact (handle incoming customer requests/consulting via e-mail and phone, maintain CRM, etc.)
• Product presentations to our current and new customers
• Finding new prospects and participate in the entire sales process
Remuneration
Artisan provides a fully equipped with paid expenses 3-bedroom apartment (shared with one or two other trainees), meal coupons (for lunches on week days) and access to a bicycle during the stay.
We also sign for your grant (Erasmus...) contract if you apply for one.
Profil recherché
Your profile
• Excellent knowledge and handling of the French language (fluent in both written and spoken)
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Interest in working with texts and translations
• Good command of English
• Strong social skills
