Mission description
Within the Stress Office of ATR Engineering, you will be in charge of improving the treatment of structural stress justifications of the repairs installed on in-service aircraft.
There are several possible subjects to be addressed: the work to be performed will be adapted and adjusted according to school curriculum of the intern.
- collect data on previous repairs already justified by the Stress Office
- perform the necessary calculations in order to identify/define typical justifications
- create specific calculation tools in excel or equivalent
The calculations to be performed can cover static and fatigue domains on metallic and composite materials and are based on analytical methods that will be studied during the apprenticeship.
Calculation by FEM can be a part of the activity, although minor.
This apprenticeship is designed for you:
- you are a student for a master degree (or equivalent) in either mechanical or aeronautical engineering
- knowledge in repair and maintenance of aircraft structures
- static and fatigue calculations on metallic structures (and possibly composites)
language:
- very good knowledge of French or English. Good level of technical English for the writing of reports and technical notes.
- Excel, VBA, Python. Some knowledge of PATRAN/NASTRAN would be an asset
soft skills:
- autonomous with good communication skills

Description de la mission
Dans le département ESD (Calcul Aérostructure ATR), vous serez en charge d'améliorer le traitement des justifications calcul des réparations réalisées en compagnie aérienne.
Les sujets d'études étants très nombreux et variés, ils seront adaptés en fonction du cursus scolaire de l'intervenant.
1- collecter les informations sur les précédentes réparations déjà justifiées dans le département
2- réaliser des calculs de structure afin de déterminer des justifications type.
3- réalisation d'outils spécifiques sur Excel
Les calculs à réaliser seront des analyses statiques et fatigues sur matériaux métalliques et/ou composites.
Ces calculs font appel à de nombreuses méthodes de calcul analytique qui seront étudiées au cours du l'apprentissage.
Des calculs FEM pourront être lancés mais ne représentent qu'une faible partie de l'activité.
Cette alternance est faite pour vous:
- compétences métier : vous suivez des études dans une école d'ingénierie mécanique/aéronautique en vue d'une formation d'ingénieur,
vous avez des connaissances en structure aéronautiques et leur entretien et réparation. Vous avez des connaissances en calcul statique
et fatigue des structures métalliques (optionnel composites).
- compétences linguistiques : très bon niveau de français et/ou anglais. Bon anglais technique écrit pour la rédaction.
- compétences informatiques : Excel, VBA, Python. Des notions de Patran-Nastran seront un plus.
- compétences relationnelles : Vous savez faire preuve d'autonomie et vous êtes dotés d'un bon sens relationnel.

- formation en cours : BAC+4/5
