Job Description

Ready for a sizzling career move? You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. As a Chef De Partie Pastry you will supervise, plan, organize, direct, and participate in the centralized production of highly specialized pastry menu items.

What you will be doing:

Planning and execution of the Pastry menu

Supervising the pastry team.

Testing and tasting of recipes

Measurement and mixing of ingredients

Creation of signature pastries

Ordering of supplies and equipment

Working on several orders at once

Reports and tracks food waste or equipment issues to the Pastry Chef.

Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

With at least 1-2 years relevant work experience in a hote

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team

Add diplomas/certifications required if needed
