As part of a dynamic team, supported by committed managers, your responsibilities will include:
* Taking and analysing briefs from clients
* Contributing to the development of commercial and strategic proposals
* Preparing preliminary budgets
* Briefing service providers and negotiating with suppliers
* Coordinating the various stakeholders involved in events
* Monitoring projects and preparing post-event reports
Profil recherché
* You enjoy taking an active and hands-on role in events
* You are highly organised, dynamic and determined
* You have strong written and verbal communication skills
* You have excellent interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in IT tools, including office software and online tools, is essential
* A professional working level of English is required
* You are currently studying at Master’s level or equivalent, with at least four years of higher education completed
