The Job
Product Manager (PM)
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of our products. You will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, defining priorities, and coordinating teams to ensure our products meet user expectations while aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management: Develop and implement the product strategy in alignment with company goals, considering market needs and user feedback.
Identifying Areas for Improvement: Analyze existing products to identify improvement areas. Propose solutions to optimize product performance and user experience.
Coordinating Activities: Work closely with technical, marketing, sales, and customer teams to coordinate activities and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Tracking Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish mechanisms to track product performance and the effectiveness of initiatives. Adjust priorities based on results.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to market release and ongoing evolution.
Prioritizing Improvements: Identify and prioritize product improvements based on user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Product Launches: Prepare and execute new product or feature launches in coordination with relevant teams.
The Profile
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Significant experience in Product Management, with strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
Ability to analyze existing products, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Strong project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
Excellent ability to define priorities and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of product management tools and performance tracking (KPIs).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in English (depending on company requirements).
Additional Qualifications:
Degree in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.
