At Traveler Centric Tech (TCT), we develop B2B solutions (APIs, Mobile app, WhatsApp…) that help our clients create better traveler experiences, to increase their customer lifetime value and build loyalty.
In a team of very energetic Product Managers, Product Owners and UX researchers, you will contribute to shape both customers’ and travelers’ experiences.

Your Main Responsabilities
As Scrum Master
Coach team members the agile practices and mindsets
Ensure predictability and transparency of the Agile team
Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile team
Track the execution of User stories and capabilities
Facilitate Agile team events
Summarize Team goals and publish them for visibility and transparency
Ensure Quality of delivery, and leverage customer feedback
Work with Product Management, Product Owners and other stakeholders to help filling the backlog and demonstrating Agile mindset
Manage risk and dependencies for the Team
Drive continuous improvement via retrospective workshops; assess the agility level of the Agile teams and help them improve
As developer
Analyse specifications and define user requirements for the development of new (or upgrade of existing) software solutions.
Design systems and code
Design technical solutions and perform feasibility studies
Propose viable technical solutions to Product Management and/or users for validation.
Develop software according to Amadeus standards.
Model, design and implement databases.
Test and maintain the software
Conduct unit, package and performance tests and ensure a level of quality in line with the Amadeus guidelines
Support the customer by debugging existing solutions in collaboration with Product Manager or Product Definition Analyst
Document your work by producing software documentation necessary for the application and issue it to the requesting departments.
Technologies used:
Java development (Quarkus, Spring Boot, Jhipster)
Mongo DB & Document DB
Knowledge of REST JSON API concepts is mandatory
Knowledge of queuing systems: Kafka, IBM MQ
CI/CD Pipelines and automation technologies is highly appreciated: Docker, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Terraform
Cloud Computing: Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes
Knowledge of one or more of these languages is a plus: Python, Angular, Mobile app development
