To support our growth, we are looking for a Lead Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, based in Paris.
️ Occasional business travel depending on projects
Minimum 2 days per week at the Paris office
Your mission
As a Lead Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you act as a functional reference on EC topics and support clients throughout their HRIS transformation projects, from design to post go-live.
Your responsibilities
Project & Delivery
* Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
* Prepare and lead functional workshops
* Design, configure and validate EC solutions aligned with client needs
* Ensure data quality and data collection with clients
* Adapt configurations to local legal and financial requirements
* Organize and support testing, go-live and post go-live phases
Change & Enablement
* Support change management activities
* Deliver user and administrator training
* Ensure knowledge transfer to client teams
Pre-sales & Practice Development
* Participate in RFPs and pre-sales activities
* Contribute to the development of EC offers
* Participate in webinars, workshops and internal knowledge sharing
Profil recherché
You have solid experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects in an international environment.
What you bring
* Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its sub-modules (certification mandatory for EC, and Time management is a plus)
* Good understanding of HR processes and HRIS ecosystems
* Experience with testing and post go-live support
