Join our team of 150,000 professionals in an innovative and challenging environment.</p><p style="font-family: Arial;">AXA Headquarters brings together the group's corporate activities and oversees global entities, ensuring strategic coordination and compliance with standards, as well as consistency in commercial approaches.</p><p style="font-family: Arial;">Within Brand team, you will join the Sponsorship team as Sponsorship assistant.</p><p style="font-family: Arial;"></p><p style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: Arial;">Maintain and implement the sponsorship program toolkit.</li><li style="font-family: Arial;">Supporting all areas of event management, including hospitality and stadium management.</li><li style="font-family: Arial;">Work closely with AXA entities and Liverpool FC to process related approvals.</li><li style="font-family: Arial;">Assist in creative improvement, review, and approval.</li><li style="font-family: Arial;">Support with planning, budgeting, and administration</li><li style="font-family: Arial;">Managing AXA internal meetings and stakeholders.</li></ul> <p style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: Arial;">Bilingual in French and English.</li><li style="font-family: Arial;">Strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li style="font-family: Arial;">Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li style="font-family: Arial;">Creative spirit and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and problem-solve. Experience in Photoshop (image/video processing skills) is a plus.</li><li style="font-family: Arial;">A team player who is at ease in a multi-cultural working environment and embraces change.</li><li style="font-family: Arial;">Knowledge of project management and a keen interest in sports.</li></ul><p style="font-family: Arial;">We encourage you to apply even if you do not fully meet all the qualifications listed.
