The Master of Science in Corporate Finance has been created for those who wish to lead successful careers in corporate financial management and auditing in national or multinational firms. The focus is on the company and the company’s relation to the markets. The program is ideal for those who wish to specialize in this area. Graduates will have the know-how for work in capital budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, financing techniques, risk analysis and management, management control, performance assessment, options and other derivatives, capital structure accounting as well as other areas. ONE-YEAR MASTER OF SCIENCE
For students with a four-Year Bachelor's degree or equivalent
In order to apply for a one-year MSc program you must satisfy the following requirements:
* Four-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Honours degree or substantial professional experience).
* English language test to prove a minimum level of English: TOEFL 580 (paper-based), 237 (computer-based) or 92 (internetbased) / TOEIC 830 / IELTS 6.5.The test is waived for students who have a Bachelor’s degree from an English speaking university.
* A GMAT or GRE score will be to the candidate’s advantage.
The final step of your application process will be a face-to-face, or telephone, interview.
TWO-YEAR MASTER OF SCIENCE
For students with a three-year university degree
Year 1: MSc Prepapratory Program
Year 2: MSc
In order to apply for the two-year MSc program you must satisfy the following requirements:
*Three-year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
*A TOEFL/TOEIC or IELTS score report proving a sufficient level of English.
*A GMAT or GRE score will be to the candidate’s advantage.

SKEMA offers a comprehensive, two-term tutorial program to assist motivated students for the Level I examination of the CFA® Chartered Financial Analyst certification.
