Vision and Objectives of the Programme
For the past fifty years Project and Programme management has become a well accepted way to manage organizations.

Projects and programmes, as strategic processes, modify the conditions of the firm in its environment. Through them, resources and competencies are mobilized to create competitive advantage and other sources of value. As resources are easily shared by many organizations, the organization's competencies are the most important relevant driver and are at the source of competitive advantage and the creation of value.

The main objective of this MSc programme is to facilitate the dynamic development of participants' managerial and entrepreneurial competencies, allowing them to enlarge their expertise, and to work as managers and leaders in the management of complex projects, and in an international and multicultural environment.

Three main dimensions characterise the competence of a Project & Programme Manager: Knowledge and Skills, Personal characteristics/Features, Experience and capacity to learn, adopt and adapt.

Thus the programme has three dimensions:

1. The contents of the modules present all the knowledge and skills to be acquired as well as the personal characteristics to be developed;
2. Work on internal projects and internships contribute to developing and to improving professional experience and, individual and team performance;
3. The professional thesis integrates these dimensions and demonstrates the students' capacity to apply knowledge reflectively and learn to learn critically.


Intended Learning Outcomes
After completing the programme students are expected to develop generic Intended Learning Outcomes (at Master level), core skills and specific Intended Learning Outcomes (in the area of the programme).

In the curriculum, the main specific learning outcomes that are sought comprise:

Development of Knowledge and Understanding (KU):

* Understand the business, social and political contexts which impact auditing, management accounting and information systems;
* Understand and apply auditing, management accounting and Information System’s techniques in practice;
* Work within corporate, financial, governance, production, organisational and/or technological constraints.

Cognitive and Intellectual Skills (CIS):

* Identify options and use the benefits of circumstance or opportunity to deliver value.

Intellectual Skills (CIS):

* Evaluate auditing, management accounting and information systems and/or existing facilities, and make sure that the lessons learned will be used for improvement of future projects;
* Assess the impact of auditing, management accounting and information systems on a company’s corporate strategy.

Practical Skills (PS):

* Develop a focused and disciplined approach to developing and implementing plans and controls of systems in auditing, management accounting, and information systems;
* Make balanced decisions, implement policies and find solutions on the basis of either complete or incomplete information;
* Conceive, cost, plan, resource, and manage complex projects and programmes in auditing management control and information systems;

Key / Transferable Skills (TS):

* Appreciate the roles, manage and utilise the services of employed consultants and contractors;
* Effectively lead and motivate individuals, and project, programme or portfolio teams to achieve organisational goals;
* Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, using a range of media and work effectively in groups.

Conditions admission

ONE-YEAR MASTER OF SCIENCE

For students with a four-Year Bachelor's degree or equivalent
In order to apply for a one-year MSc program you must satisfy the following requirements:
* Four-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Honours degree or substantial professional experience).
* English language test to prove a minimum level of English: TOEFL 580 (paper-based), 237 (computer-based) or 92 (internetbased) / TOEIC 830 / IELTS 6.5.The test is waived for students who have a Bachelor’s degree from an English speaking university.
* A GMAT or GRE score will be to the candidate’s advantage.

The final step of your application process will be a face-to-face, or telephone, interview.

TWO-YEAR MASTER OF SCIENCE

For students with a three-year university degree
Year 1: MSc Prepapratory Program
Year 2: MSc
In order to apply for the two-year MSc program you must satisfy the following requirements:
*Three-year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
*A TOEFL/TOEIC or IELTS score report proving a sufficient level of English.
*A GMAT or GRE score will be to the candidate’s advantage.
The final step of your application process will be a face-to-face, or telephone, interview.

With a view to gaining the high academic and professional levels this course includes the preparation for the main Professional Project Management Certifications:

* The certifications 'Project Management Professional' (PMP®) and 'Certified Associate in Project Management' (CAPM®) and Program Management Professional (PgMP®) of Project Management Institute (PMI®);
* The certifications 'Foundation' and Practitioner' levels from PRINCE2®, MSP™;
* The certifications 'Interim Cost Consultant' (ICC), 'Certified Cost Engineer' (CCE) and 'Certified Cost Consultant' (CCC) and Earned Value Professional (EVP) of AACE International (the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering);
* The certification 'Project Management Coordinator' (PMC) of Project Management Association Japan (PMAJ);
* The American Certifications in Value Management of SAVE International: Certified Value Specialist (CVS), Associate Value Specialist (AVS), Value Methodology Practitioner (VMP);
* Green Belt and Yellow Belt of the 6 Sigma Institute certifications;

These professional certifications are accessed according to given requirements of experience and education. For students already certified PMP®, modules contribute to Professional Development Units (PDUs).

The application fee is 120 euros (non-refundable)

The tuition fee is 11,985 euros for each MSc.

The tuition fee for the one-year MSc Preparatory Program AND an MSc is 17,000 euros.

Accommodation : 400 euros
Food : 300 euros
Transportation: bus pass for students (Antibes-Sophia): Free!
Recreational activities: 150 euros
TOTAL: 850 euros

Bear in mind that 5 or 6 books will be needed each semester (on average 50 euros each).
SKEMA Scholarships

SKEMA offers students with very good potential the opportunity to be granted scholarships for excellence that may entitle them to a rebate on their tuition of up to 5,000 euros.

The scholarship for excellence is based on merit according to the following criteria:
