Role Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing both the pre-sales and post-sales interactions with the client for the Trading Products services.


Key accountabilities

  • Oversee all pre-sales and post-sales interactions with the client and escalate any issues or queries to the relevant team within Euronext – this will include overseeing the onboarding process of new clients onto Euronext platforms.

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their existing and future requirements by holding regular meetings, events and forums.

  • Inform relevant teams within Euronext of significant client developments.

  • Recommend and drive improvements to the service level and client communication strategy across Euronext.

  • Identify upsell opportunities and support sales efforts by developing strong client relationships.

Your profile

  • Experience in a product management, business development or sales support role.

  • Demonstrable exposure to developing new products in the past and have knowledge of the full product development lifecycle.

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness, strong ability in negotiations and persuasion.

  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills, an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.

  • Rigorous project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, provide clear business input into functional requirements.

  • Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer oriented and numbers-driven approach to work.

  • International business experience – developing products in multiple geographic locations.
