EFINOR INGENIERIE& PROCESS, a subsidiary of the EFINOR Group, is a design office specializing in mechanical engineering, general installation and integration of technologies, offering turnkey solutions. As part of the growth of its activities, EFINOR is looking to recruit a technical and commercial offer manager F/H.
As part of this role, you will be in charge of putting together and supervising all bids issued by the company. Your main tasks will be as follows:
At the tender reception stage :
- Learn about and analyze all of the company's calls for tender, either by e-mail, comprehensive tender documents, or during visits to industrial sites,
- Understand customers' explicit and implicit needs when talking to them: adopt a questioning attitude and know how to propose alternatives,
- Based on risks and opportunities, propose a strategy for structural costing to management.
In the production phase, then in the costing phase:
- Draw up the essential costings based on pre-existing templates and on the company's internal departments, the Group and suppliers,
-Work in a matrix organization, in particular by relying on the company's technical referents to produce certain quotations,
- Ability to handle a wide variety of technical and commercial costings at the same time,
- Consult with suppliers and partners,
- Prepare and submit bids on time,
- Validate costings that you have not produced yourself, and ensure that they are consistent,
- Enter offer data into ERP,
- Provide feedback in conjunction with the project manager,
- Depending on your skills and opportunities, you are free to develop new services and markets.
Your profile:
- You know how to listen and ask the right questions in order to capture essential information,
- You are technically at ease: you have a solid grounding in mechanics (tooling, special machines and handling) and general installation (structures and piping),
- You have the ability to interact and quickly visualize the technical solution required by the customer,
- You're ideally equipped to take notes, photos and preliminary dimensions on a tablet, to capture needs as quickly and accurately as possible,
- You are organized and enjoy working on a wide variety of subjects,
- Depending on your skills and opportunities, you are free to develop new services and markets,
- You have a sense of responsibility and commitment,
Your background :
- Trained to Bac+2 to Bac+5 in mechanics or equivalent, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position,
- Ideally, you are familiar with CAD software, especially SolidWorks,
- You are pragmatic and action-oriented, with good interpersonal skills,
- You enjoy acting with autonomy and freedom of action,
- Your knowledge of industrial solutions is essential.
The position is full-time and open-ended, and is located in Toul, near Nancy, in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department (54), and requires occasional travel, mainly to our customers' sites.
