You will be in direct contact with our community of drivers to support them in thesuccessful execution of their transport bookings. Your job will be to ensure thesmooth running of ongoing transports and guarantee the customer promise.
Resolve transfer incidents
Ensure logistical follow-up of ongoing transports.
Support and promote bookings
Recruitment and motivation of new drivers
Improvements of processes (driver protocols)
This position is located in Paris and is to be filled as soon as possible.
