Job description
Our client, a fast growing Cyber Security Consultancy, based in Paris, are currently hiring for a Technical Operations Manager to play a critical role in managing the capacity and professional services of the company, as well as driving the ideation process for transforming missions into software products.
Responsibilities
Manage the capacity and professional services, ensuring efficient and effective utilisation of resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for delivering high-quality professional services to our clients.
Own the product management ideation process, translating missions into innovative software products.
Work closely with leading experts in the cybersecurity space, focusing on the cybersecurity of critical and sovereign infrastructure.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion.
Requirements
Proven experience in technical operations management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
Strong understanding of capacity management and resource allocation principles.
Demonstrated ability to transform missions into successful software products.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for working with leading experts in the cybersecurity space and contributing to the security of critical and sovereign infrastructure.
